Light Novel 'Ore dake Haireru Kakushi Dungeon: Kossori Kitaete Sekai Saikyou' Gets TV Anime
DMM Pictures announced a television anime adaptation of Meguru Seto's Ore dake Haireru Kakushi Dungeon: Kossori Kitaete Sekai Saikyou (The Hidden Dungeon Only I Can Enter) light novel on Friday. The company also opened an official website, revealing a teaser visual (pictured) and the main production staff.Synopsis
Noir is the son of a minor noble with very little to his name other than a job offer—which is canceled before he can even start his first day. He does possess one rare trait, though: the magical ability to consult with a great sage, even if using the skill gives him terrible headaches! Unsure of what his future holds, he accesses the sage for advice on how to move forward and is directed to a secret dungeon filled with rare beasts and magical items. It is here that Noir will train, compiling experience and wealth, until he's powerful enough to change his fate. (Source: Seven Seas Entertainment)

Seto launched the adventure fantasy novel on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in January 2017. Kodansha began printing the novel series through its K Lanobe Books label in August that year, featuring illustrations by Note Takehana. The fifth volume shipped on March 2.
Tomoyuki Hino (Shisha no Teikoku manga) began drawing a manga adaptation on the Suiyoubi no Sirius web magazine in May 2018. Kodansha published the fourth volume on Friday.
Seven Seas Entertainment licensed both the light novel and manga adaptation this February and plans to ship the first volume of each in October and November, respectively.

You shouldn't judge it just based off the manga it was originally based off a novel. So the quality could've been affected by a poor adaptation.

It's not actually an Isekai, but I'm guessing their thought process was that it's a very isekai like show, and referred to it as such, even if it isn't, it just seems to fit every other part of common isekai rehashes
