Additional Cast, Broadcast Date Revealed for 'Majutsushi Orphen Hagure Tabi'

Additional cast members for the new TV anime adaptation of Yoshinobu Akita's adventure fantasy light novel Majutsushi Orphen Hagure Tabi were announced on Monday. The official website also revealed a new promotional video and a new key visual (pictured right). The anime will broadcast on January 7, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. on AT-X, followed by BS Fuji, Tokyo MX, and WOWOW.

Cast
Wall Karen: Kenjirou Tsuda (Cop Craft)
Hydrant: Hiroyuki Yoshino (Divine Gate)
Swain: Nobuhiko Okamoto (Akagami no Shirayuki-hime)

The opening theme song titled "Calling U" will be performed by buzz★Vibes—a unit comprised of voice actor Shoutarou Morikubo and Shinnosuke from hip-hop band Soul'd Out. Shinnosuke is also composing the music for the anime. Mai Fuchigami is performing the ending theme "Yosoku Funou Days."

Takayuki Hamana (Toshokan Sensou) is directing the anime at Studio Deen, with Reiko Yoshida (D.Gray-man) in charge of the series composition. Takahiko Yoshida (Hataraku Saibou) is designing the characters.

Jackpot, you got it all right... for the anime, though. They don't live up to the novels at all.

looks like a long running anime at least 50 episodes with that kind of stiff low quality animation

Yeah I agree, the art style feels really good. Anyway, looks like yet another low quality work with poor writing, bland characters and weak story
