'Kitsutsuki Tanteidokoro' Announces Cast, Additional Staff
The official website of the Kitsutsuki Tanteidokoro (Woodpecker Detective's Office) television anime updated with main cast, additional staff, and the first key visual (pictured) on Friday. The anime adaptation of Kei Ii's detective mystery novel will air on Tokyo MX, BS-Fuji, and CS Family Gekijou in Spring 2020.Cast

Staff
Director: Tomoe Makino (Beelzebub-jou no Okinimesu mama. episode director)
Character Design: Shuuichi Hara (Lost Song, Heart no Kuni no Alice: Wonderful Wonder World)
Music: MONACA (Ryuugajou Nanana no Maizoukin, Servant x Service)
Shinpei Ezaki is serving as the chief director at LIDENFILMS. Taku Kishimoto (Haikyuu!!) is handling the series composition. Manga artist Kaoru Saki is credited for the original character designs.
The anime will also star Kenjirou Tsuda, Rikiya Hayashi, and Hayato Furusawa. Hayashi won the second KimiKoe audition Grand Prix, while Furusawa was the runner-up.
LIDENFILMS, Tohokushinsha Film Corporation, and Crunchyroll are co-producing the anime. Crunchyroll will also simulcast the series as it airs in Japan.
Tokyo Sogensha originally published the novel in 1999. The publisher re-released the novel in bunko format in 2008.

I liked them more in Saki Kaoru art. Why. I need to see other visuals and PV. Asanuma with Sakurai together as MCs makes me happy. They are perfect. I hope it doesn't disappoint, not enough Meiji era anime.
