Anime Adaptation of Multimedia Project 'Wave!!' in Progress

Game developer Love&Art announced an anime adaptation of its multimedia project Wave!! on Saturday. The announcement, which was made at the franchise's 1st Wonderful Party event in Chiba, also includes the development of a smartphone game. The project tagline reads, "Let's get wet!"

Synopsis
Masaki Hinaoka, who grew up near the coast of Ooarai in Ibaraki Prefecture, meets a prince-like transfer student Shou Akitsuki before the summer break, who introduces him to the world of surfing. Through surfing, Masaki meets irreplaceable friends and experiences farewell as he becomes an adult. It is the beginning of a never-ending story of boys fascinated by the charm of surfing.

Souichirou William Mori: Shoutarou Morikubo (Code:Realize - Sousei no Himegimi)

Namanori Boys, which consists of the eight cast members, will perform the theme song "Ride the WAVE!!"

Love&Art launched the multimedia project in October 2018, which has since inspired music and drama CD releases, as well as radio programs. MAGES. is credited with production, featuring character designs by Yomi Sarachi (Arcana Famiglia). The Nippon Surfing Association (NSA), Murasaki Sports, and Surf Magazine are also cooperating in the project.

That's an obvious anti-female anime fan and a big troll. He's been around from alt accounts posting the same dumbest comments using 'sexism/objectification' as a valid argument. He strongly dislikes male characters portrayed in any way that could attract a female heart and gaze, it's sexist and ruining the industry he claims. It's not just jealousy, feeling threatened by the 2d ikemen good looks and personality which you can't compete or resonate with must be hella frustrating and humiliating. Lmao.

All the positive feedback and excitement I've seen on Twitter makes me so happy. I thought Wave!! would be another not-so-popular joseimuke multimedia project since its announcement and I am so glad it won't be in the obscurity anymore.

Surfing?? Can't wait. The guys look cute(bonus points) and it looks fun. MC(Masaki) reminds me of Haikyuu's Hinata, especially with that smile. And it seems like we're getting a lot of sports anime next year: Number24, Wave!!, Haikyuu...wouldn't be surprised if I'm missing any.
