Kagerou Daze's Jin, Eureka Seven's Dai Satou Launch 'Listeners' Anime Project

Production company Slow Curve opened an official website on Sunday, announcing a new anime project titled Listeners. The website also revealed a teaser visual (pictured).

Musician Jin (Kagerou Daze, Mekakucity Actors), scriptwriter Dai Satou (Koukyoushihen Eureka Seven, Samurai Champloo), and producer Taichi Hashimoto (Gankutsuou, Revisions series composition) developed the project's original concept. Illustrator pomodorosa is designing the characters. Record label 1st PLACE, scenario writer's office StoryRiders, and Slow Curve are credited with the original story.

Synopsis
Set in a world where the concept of music ceases to exist. The story begins when a boy encounters Myuu, a mysterious girl who possesses an audio input jack in her body. The two intermingle with the history of rock music and embark on an unforgettable journey.

The July 2019 issue of Kadokawa's Newtype magazine, which goes on sale on Monday, will have a special feature on the project, as well as a joint interview between Jin, Satou, and Hashimoto about the project's background, concept, and worldview.

I mean I’m glad Eureka Seven’s Dai Sato is part of this upcoming project but I think I’ll just keep an eager eye on this for now.

I'm not too fond of music animes and movies (real-life ones), but this one sounds interesting. If it won't be stupid shit, I will check it out.

I don't care how many years i have to wait for a decent Kagerou Project anime.
But i wouldnt complain if Reload was released in christmas...
