Anime 'Ultraman' Announces Cast and Additional Staff Members

The official website for the previously announced Ultraman 3DCG anime adaptation has announced cast members on Tuesday. Nobuko Toda (Isshuukan Friends.) and Kazuma Jinnouchi (Space Bug) will compose the music together. Co-produced by Production I.G and Sola Digital Arts, the anime will stream on Netflix worldwide for total of 13 episodes on April 1, 2019.

Dan Muroboshi: Takuya Eguchi (Baki)
Seiji Hokuto: Megumi Han (Devilman: Crybaby)

Yay for Ultraman! I just hope they can do the action scenes well. Otherwise they should have just given this to Tatsunoko Productions...

Just hope the anime get some actual plot unlike the movies.
I have faith in this, even the CG looks good.
The only concern i have is the music, since im not a big fan of Toda's style and Kazuma Jinnouchi is pretty much unknown.

But we will see.

Looks great but for some reason JP dub don't feel fitting so hoping english dub will be great. Also they should fix the fps! some part clearly looks like slows down.

the anime industry should drop the low FPS crap already otherwsie this is looking great, i especially like the lighting and coloring effects

It seems like it won't be following the same formula as the live action ones (an Ultraman vs. a monster), but it looks interesting. Hope the CGI is good, especially the fight scenes.

I don't know what to feel about the CGI, but that modern redesign looks badass. I still have a soft spot for the pyjamas-looking hero of my childhood though.
