Music record company Lantis has announced through their website that Yuuki Aoyama, the former drummer of nano.RIPE between 2013 to 2016, died on August 21 from acute heart failure. He was 29 years old. The funeral was held among family and close friends. A farewell ceremony for the people who supported them will be also held at a later time.

Aoyama joined as the drummer of nano.RIPE in March 2013. He has since then released five singles, three studio albums, and performed at five live tours alongside the other members Kimiko, Jun Sasaki, and Nobuyuki Abe. Some titles include "Gekka" and "Star Chart," which were used as the ending theme songs for Hataraku Maou-sama!, "Nanairo Biyori" and "Kodama Kotodama" used in the Non Non Biyori series, and the last title "Snow Drop" for the second season of Shokugeki no Souma.

The drummer left the band in December of 2016 with former bassist Nobuyuki Abe. According to Sponichi Annex, he is the son of the well-known drummer Jun Aoyama, who died from pulmonary embolism in 2013.

Actually, there's no drummer right now. nanoRIPE remains active as a duo after two members left.

@ShadowMonkey

Yeah, now that I think about it, it was pointless for me to say. Probably in the heat of the moment or something. I meant the, "you deserve it" part was the one that got me confused. I was just being stupid, lol.

Nevertheless, rest in piece to the drummer.

@362x
I understand why you misinterpreted it. I changed "you deserve it" to "you deserve to", I think that sounds better. However, "rest in peace" is generally something you use to show your condolences, no matter the context so I imagine most people wouldn't misinterpret it. Thank you for your input regardless.

You were. Doesn't mean he should fix the message because you didn't understand it...

What... I even said that "Maybe it was just me". I was confused. That's all. If everyone can understand what he said, then that's fine.

Edit: I don't want to start an argument. I don't want to be disrespectful. So, sorry. I was just confused. That's all.

You should probably rephrase the last sentence because it sounds like you meant he deserved the death. Or maybe that's just me.

He meant "Yuuki deserves peace", I had no trouble understanding that. Don't be mean.

That's too young especially for heart failure, you expect people to get heart failure at 40-45 at the very least.

RIP
