Light Novel 'Nidome no Jinsei wo Isekai de' Receives TV Anime Adaptation
Synopsis
When death tapped Renya Kunugi on the shoulder, he smiled and went willingly. After enjoying a nice, long life of 94 years, he was looking forward to shutting his eyes for the last time. He was, therefore, understandably upset when he woke up again in an empty space, devoid of memories, with a young girl in a tunic rambling on and on about how she's God. So, he did what any reasonable person would have done under those circumstances: he sent the girl flying with a kick to the face. It turned out that the girl was indeed God, and she was in a pinch. She urgently needed someone to do some interdimensional Resource smuggling, and Renya fit the bill.
His mission: cross the boundary into another world, then chill for a few decades. God would handle the rest. To sweeten the deal, she offered him an eighteen-year-old body and a whole laundry list of ludicrously powerful skills, yet he remained hesitant. Then, she mentioned the food—an exotic world comes with exotic delicacies—and this sealed the deal. The next thing he knew, he was standing in a foreign land, younger, stronger, and more clueless than ever. Will he survive this world? And more importantly, will the world survive him? More isekai.. more OP MC.... More harem.... Oh well... I wish they would adapt a unique isekai novel into an anime..
Wait... Is there even a unique isekai in the first place...? XD
There is. It's called "Now and Then, Here and There". That's it. Literally the only one.
The synopsis really is unique for an isekai.. maybe i should try it later..

Fucking outlaw the creation of harem isekai.
The industry, fans, citizens of Japan as a country are perpetuating the destruction of their own integrity towards art. Anyone who chooses to watch this and gives it money is giving it and shows like it a reason to continue existing. You are the problem.
There is no problem at all, you have no rights to insult people who like isekai, people watch whatever they want and jpn studios do whatever they want, is not your business. There are other genre per season you can pick up if you don't like this one, isekai are just a fraction.
I'm one of these iseki lovers, or moreover a fantasy lover, and always isekai and fantasy are the same thing, i really like this subgenre expecially in a medieval setting, and some isekai are extremely good and original, this one is not a masterpiece but the story is very good, with comedy, action and drama. 2018 will have much more isekai expecially this summer and fall, and all are very good adaptions.

Also i saw someone post about kenja no mago and while it is enjoyable the pacing is rather bad at time for instance shin is only dating the female lead for two weeks before they get engaged the progress of the movement of the demons invasion makes no sense because shin and his group got there so fast because of him and his unique magic and such whereas the demons got all the way to another country in a time span shorter then it should take to get from where shin used to live to the capital
CoolitzHubert only likes it because the protagonist has "male comrades" instead of being a harem, he doesn't care about anything related to the story.
And it's not like there are many important male characters in Kenja no Mago either. The MC, the prince and Schtrom. The other male characters are filler and barely appear in the story (especially after the first two volumes of the LNs).
PD: It may seem that I don't like Kenja no Mago when in fact it's the opposite but I am fed up with the nonsense that CoolitzHubert says to put it on a pedestal and throw shit to other light novels.
When will the good harems with good budget and good art and good looking girls and original non copy pasted good/decent story come back?
Like C3,ladies versus butlers, absolute duo, kore wa zombie desu ka,haganai, serei tsukai no blade dance, trinity seven .....
>Good harems with good budget and good art and good looking girls
>Absolute Duo
Choose one.
I still have nightmares because of the shitty CGI that Absolute Duo had.
Absolute Duo's problems are indeed production and story tbh, more or less pacing problems + the ending or final few episodes didn't helped.
But yeah Absolute Duo in terms of artwork is just, there. Animation is pretty mucn lackluster and the CG... yeah. That was awful.
