Feeling sorry for her granddaughter's future, Kohaku, a great witch, sends Hitomi to the past, the year 2018. Both of them look too great they have the potential to be good animes
Each of them has a good staff, studio and beautiful animation *_* and the P.A one, Yuuko Kakihara works on it my God this surely will be amazing as his previous successes with Kids on the Slope and Tsuki ga Kirei

From now I'm enthusiasm for them hope hear more about them soon.

Not interested, but I'm glad Kaori is not forgotten, I haven't seen her get a main role in a while.

Mar 24, 2018 8:39 PM by Hoppy

These PV look way too good for their own good especially Black Fox. But I've got no hope in either of these.

Mar 24, 2018 7:10 PM by Stripes

Really liking the character designs on that PA Works show, so much better than Sekiguchi's stiff same-face designs.

Mar 24, 2018 6:03 PM by Brobot

that PV of Black Fox is hype its sakuga action packed as i expected

Suggestion to the moderator: You can put the genre "mystery" in the description of the series on the page with the data. The synopsis already implies that this genre is part of the work.

Mar 24, 2018 2:04 PM by ronie91

Unsure about the synopsis, but it has good staff and good studio, so I'm down for it.

And Black Fox looks promising, I'll add that to the list too.

more anime in which the mc's are girls?

GOOD

More P.A. Works? All my yes! Seems like they are quite stacked this year. PV looks great and beautiful. Staff looks really capable too, especially Toshiya Shinohara. Nagi no Asukara is one of my favorites that he directed at the studio too. And I can't believe to see Fly's art animated in full glory! Their (yuri) art is absolutely breathtaking! I can only hope this show will turn out good. Definitely looking forward to this!

As for Black Fox, looks quite interesting. PV looked pretty neat, but I'm not exactly sure what to expect. Description gives little information.

Mar 24, 2018 4:25 AM by Reverberate

P.A. Works took the author of the yuri manga to write about the girl and her 17-old grandmother? OK.

Black Fox looks good

Mar 24, 2018 1:45 AM by tragedydesu

That Black Fox looks good + its Original so PTW.

Mar 24, 2018 1:31 AM by Swagernator

I really hope that Irozuku Sekai no Ashita kara anime will be good. Original PA Works shows can be a hit or a miss although some of their latest work have impressed me.

Black Fox looks okay. I kinda like the premise.

Mar 24, 2018 1:07 AM by Stark700

glasslip, that's all impression i get, lOl

Mar 24, 2018 12:30 AM by Kuma

Why did I get a Glasslip flashback?

Mar 24, 2018 12:22 AM by NeoAnkara

The magic show reminds me of Nagi no Asukara and that show really grew on me. Glasslip was such a waste of my time though. I hope this is more like NnA.

There are a few things about 3hz that need to be clarified: first of all, the original work of the 3hz studio is more [in thesis] than the studio itself, since the studio only gave the proposal, and the story itself was elaborated by the director. In addition, this project exists since before the 3hz studio came into existence. It seems confusing but it is not: 3hz is a studio formed by former members of Kinema Citrus, which in turn was founded in 2009 by former members of Bones and Production I.G.

The director of 3hz is Yuichiro Matsuka, a former BANDAI producer at Bones. Matsuka along with Muneki Ogasawara, also a former member of Bones, and Masaki Tachibana, a former member and director of Prodcution I.G, founded Kinema Citrus in 2008. But in 2013 Matsuka decided to leave Kinema Citrus and create his own studio. Apparently that was always his pretension, hence the reason for having made this split.

But while he was in Kinema Citrus, Matsuka, who already knew the work of Flip Flappers director Kiyotaka Oshiyama, told him that he wanted to direct an original anime with him in charge, thus giving him complete creative freedom to work on his proposal [Of history]. But a few years passed, and when Oshiyama finally had his hands unoccupied, he could not do that job, as Matsuka was already breaking away from Kinema Citrus, that was in 2013.

Originally Flip Flappers could have been an original of Kinema Citrus, but the studio was probably afraid to start with originals and preferred to try a more fixed approach with adaptations. Which probably resulted in the split between the producers, and with that Matsuka took with him to 3hz several talented entertainers. Tachibana left the studio as well, but he chose not to join 3hz, thus becoming a freelancer. However, maintaining a good relationship with both studios.

Oshiyama, and the entire team that worked on Flip Flappers is no stranger to the producers of 3hz studio, nor Kinema Citrus. It is not unusual for some of them to work in these two studios, since they already had a relationship in the past. Oshiyama before Flip Flappers appeared in some 3hz works. Although studio 3hz can be considered medium compared to other studios [mediano means, good], the merit for that work in flip flappers should be given much more to oshiyama, than properly 3hz. But, please note, this does not mean that 3hz is not able to produce good animation; but keep in mind that a director makes all the difference, and it would be unfair to assign that work to only 3hz. Do not expect the same pattern.

I have seen some people saying disinterested in the original 3hz, ironically the work of P.A Works is an original. Making originals is a risk, few studios can live on it, and few producers can afford to invest in it. Trigger, P.A Works are one of the few stutters who do. It is somewhat understandable the argument of who did not like the other 3hz originals, although there are circumstances that led the studio to do them. I know why 3hz and Actas made [Princess Principal] that original, and I can state categorically that it was not for the work to become a commercial success. It was quite the opposite.

People who do not follow the industry would never understand. Originals are a risk. But remember: somebody hated Fr. A. Works for having made several originals that did not work until they finally achieved success.

The potential for great romantic drama out of the PA Works one is quite high, considering the staff. I am all for another NagiAsu. As for Black Fox . . . , we will see, I guess. From the staff alone, I am not expecting much.

PA Works is also quite stacked this year, with 3 anime back to back plus 1 movie this year. Lets see if they can maintain great quality on all their shows.

Irozuku Sekai no Ashita kara looks way better than I thought it would be based on its cover. Great directing and pacing. Really intrigued to see if the actual show is good.

No real thoughts on Black Fox since there is no PV. Can't see why anyone would be more interested in it at this moment in time. Just not enough info.

Black Fox only has attention because its a 3Hz original. And it seems that most people seem to really enjoy 3Hz works, which are mostly original.

I do know of 3Hz but they are also still a fairly new studio and don't really have all that much to go by. I still personally am waiting for the trailer to decide if it is interesting or not. Especially since I have dropped 2 out of the 3 shows I have tried from them.
