Web Anime Adaptation of Manga 'Akuma no Memumemu-chan' Announced

The wraparound band on the fourth compiled volume of Keitarou Yotsuya's Akuma no Memumemu-chan gag manga has revealed that the series will receive a short web anime by studio Shaft. A smartphone game of the manga has also been announced.

Synopsis
The gag manga depicts the everyday life of the demon Memumemu-chan, who appears before the high school student Hyouta one day. She's come to seduce men and steal their souls, however, has neither the motivation nor the ability to carry out her duty. The story revolves around Memumemu, Hyouta, who is often misunderstood as a lolicon due to Memumemu, and the super sexy mother-daughter duo who manages the apartment Hyouta resides in.

What? Monogatari Series is one of the animes with Sexiest Girls, they have good ecchi so far...

I like Shaft for their animes like Zan Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei, Arakawa Under the Bridge, Denpa Onna to Seishun Otoko or animes that are slice of life and comedy, also because of Akiyuki Shinbou and their creative background.

First of all wtf are you even talking about nipples. There is no nipples in the source material, In fact, there is barely any ecchi or fan service till the very last pages of the first vol. And the amount of "fanservice" is in less than 10 pages of a 170 page vol.

But hey keep making up stuff. And SHAFT has done nipples before in Dance in the Vampire Bund so we can stop making up more shit.

I am a fan of Studio Shaft so I there's no problem with anything. My favorite thing when it comes to their animation is the head-tilting of the characters, I like it that much.

I can see this working well as a shaft short! Besides, there's not much to lose watching short gag anime: a best they're hilarious, at worst they're not that long to sit through. Loli, demon, milf, whatever, it's like a parody so anything, if played well, can work.

Yes! A SHAFT short with the director who did Prism Nana episode 2 and worked on the Nisekoi season 2 EDs. Sounds very promising the source material looks up SHAFTs alley.
