Anime Movie 'Kimi no Koe wo Todoketai' Additional Cast Members Announced

The official website for Kimi no Koe wo Todoketai has revealed additional cast members along with a new trailer. The movie will premiere in Japan theaters on August 25.

Well, Kimi is actually a common word but Koe isn't. The name of this movie seems like an fusion of Kimi no na Wa and Koe no Katachi.

I didn't love the designs much at first, but the short bits I saw near the end of the PV looked good animated, so I think it will look nice. The synopsis sounds cool to me... a girl who talks to spirits through an old FM radio? That'd be right up my alley :D

from a business standpoint, it's done purposefully because it resembles the name so it might attract people who think it's somehow connected to that movie.

Decent cast selection and... The trailer looks pretty neat. I'll say that at least. Really pretty as well.

The character designs don't appeal all that much to me. It's not like the production value is low though since the backgrounds all look quite nice. Anyway, it might not really bother me when watching the real thing.

The atmosphere really reminds me of Tsuki ga kirei, just a bit. Considering the premises of this show will be another fateful encounter like "A boy meets girl" which is much special
