'ChäoS;Child' Gets Unaired Episode

Upon the final broadcast of ChäoS;Child, it was announced that its true end from the visual novel Silent Sky will get an unaired episode. The official website indicates that the detail will be announced at a later time.

The visual novel is the fourth series in 5pb.'s sci-fi adventure franchise, which also includes Steins;Gate and Robotics;Notes. ChäoS;Child is the sequel game to ChäoS;HEAd, which was developed with Nitro+ and initially released in August 2008. ChäoS;HEAd was also adapted into a TV anime in Fall 2008. ChäoS;Child TV anime aired in Winter 2017.

No. The source is a VN. It has several routes but the anime only adapted one.

After Occultic; Nine, looks like Chiyomaru-sensei is really into Donny Darko endings. By the way, i liked the final that literally "closed" everything even without showing what comes next. Whatever, i want to see this, looks interesting.

Still waiting for the VN to get translated. Same with Robotics;notes. Likely a classic case of "never ever" syndrome.

Don't know if I should watch this since I haven't read the VN and the TV series already spoiled most of the plot.

I'm not exactly excited for this. But I'm so hyped that I'm more than willing to watch just to see how the story ends, since the prequel looks so incomplete imo.

Hopefully this will make for a better ending than the season finale did, although that won't exactly be hard.

Not really interested since I haven't seen the sequel of it yet (I won't anyways because I might try to go and try the VN first before heading here... although I do want to)

I kinda wish I played the VN over watching the anime first, because this was rather rushed and it was hard to keep up with the plot at times.(For me at least) I think I'll stick with it till the (True) end and let my curiosity lead me into finding out how this could end well. Perhaps it'll end by trying to relate to Chaos;Head a little more or involving the all-present Committee even more somehow or forcing romance at the last second.
