TV Anime 'Ani ni Tsukeru Kusuri wa Nai!' Announced for Spring 2017

Studio Fanworks began streaming a promotional video announcing that they will produce an anime titled Ani ni Tsukeru Kusuri wa Nai! that will be based on a Chinese web manhua. It is slated to premiere in China in March and in Japan on April 7 on Tokyo MX1. Rareko (Gakkatsu!, Honobono Log) will helm the series and is in charge of writing the script. Cast members have also been revealed.

Synopsis
What's your brother like? To Miao, her brother Fen is someone who would tease her and make her explode 100 times a day; not a peaceful day as the two are fighting every single minute. However, when troubles come, Fen will become a caring, loving brother who protects his little sister at all cost. (Source: MU, edited)

Theme Song Performance: "Sunny side up" by Brian the Sun

The original web manhua is drawn by You Ling and has been published online on the Kuaikan Manhua website since 2014. It has had over 500 million views in total. The series currently has two volumes in print.

alright, well the anime should be good since it's by the same people that did honobono log, but you should try to keep up with the manga!it's worth it.

Well, that's reassuring. I'm just a little scarred since the last few anime I watched weirdly had some incestuous undertones.

I understand being weary of anime with siblings as MCS, but yeah don't worry, they have a very sweet relationship, but it's purely a brother and sister type.
