'Fairy Tail Movie 2: Dragon Cry' Staff Members Announced

The 12th 2017 issue of Kodansha's Weekly Shounen Magazine has revealed staff members and a new key visual for the upcoming movie Fairy Tail: Dragon Cry. The main cast members will reprise their roles from the TV anime. Three new original characters have also been announced, however, their voice actors have yet to be revealed. The movie is slated to premiere on May 6.

I was hoping this would be a sequel to the manga...Oh well. Maybe after season 3...

the one with some fodder whan to call zeref or something and all of main villian got one punched.. (that arc is soo fucking forgottable, but i recall they are zeref cult or something who want to call END and it was the arc when all fairy tail member gathered after time skip even laxus, but not gildartz)

OK, now I remember that one. It was OK. Not terrible, but not great either.

I'm sure it's pretty obvious how the bad guy(s) will be defeated but I'll watch anyway, for the OST and the hopefully entertaining battles.

I think the movie will just be original content like the first movie, because I saw some character designs that never were in the manga and also

looking forward to it anyway and I hope it will have a better plot than the recent manga chapters -.-'

You can't even get hyped for this series at all at this point, you just already know how every bad guy will end defeated.

Will somehow watch I guess. For the OST.

Sakurako-san no Ashimoto ni wa Shitai ga Umatteiru lol I loved that anime, I might be the only one but ok nice.

Staff looks good imo.

after separation, they just stright to another arc so i doubt a movie can adapted it (it supposed to be avatar arc right? i didn't follow anime TV series).. also it has nothing to do with dragon natsu as we see in cover... another thing to consider the gap between anime and manga is pretty close since lates arc (alvarez arc) hasn't finished yet...
