Supporting Cast for 'Udon no Kuni no Kiniro Kemari' Announced

The official website for LIDENFILMS' upcoming TV anime adaptation of Udon no Kuni no Kiniro Kemari has announced additional cast members. It also revealed that the ending theme performance will be sung by GOODWARP. A pre-screening event on September 22, 2016 will take place in Tokyo and Kagawa, where the series is set. The series is scheduled to premiere on October 9, 2016 at 1:55 a.m. via Nihon TV. Nishi Nippon Housou will begin broadcast of the series at 7:00 a.m. the following week.

Hiroshi Nagatsuma: Shinnosuke Tachibana (Kamisama Hajimemashita)
Manabu Saeki: Kousuke Toriumi (Pandora Hearts)
Yukie Saeki: Yuu Shimamura (Bungou Stray Dogs)
Fumi Kioka: Kujira (I My Me! Strawberry Eggs)
Mai Manabe (Tanaka): Yuko Minaguchi (Yawara!)
Nozomi Manabe: Kaede Hondo (Regalia: The Three Sacred Stars)
Souta's father: Hiroshi Naka (Rockman Hoshi ni Negai wo)
Souta's mother: Kikuko Inoue (Aa! Megami-sama!)
Nakashima's mother: Akiko Kumura (Rockman.EXE)
Frog: Yuu Kobayashi (Maria†Holic)

The manga series, drawn by Nodoka Shinomaru, has been serialized in Comic@Bunch magazine since 2012. It currently has seven volumes published, with the latest volume released in February of this year.

I don't recognize most of the seiyuu here as I haven't seen most of those anime, though I recognize a couple and I can say I'm very hyped for this anime.

Interesting cast. I hope the studio manages to do something good with this, considering what they did withArslan Senki and how bad the Terra Formars anime was (as far as I heard).
