A Big Hero 6 anime? Interesting. May watch. I want to hear more before I truly decide, though.

It is a new anime division related to I.G Port. They aim for full digital animation.
well thats disappointing, hopefully the CG is at least good.

ah no, Digital animation doesn't mean CG they just don't use paper but work on Flash and have a lot of merits since it improve the efficiency.

This CM for example is done by digital animators

Id rather have him do a full fledged series but hey a movie is better than nothing.

In my opinion, Kenji Kamiyama is more suited to films than he is to series; each episode of Stand Alone Complex is essentially a short film, and Higashi no Eden heavily follows the three-act structure of a dramatic movie. I think it's about time he gives this a shot.

He's a great director either way, so I can see why you'd want the most out of it.

Big Hero 6 vibes with that robot.

Koyama Shigeto, the show's mechanical designer, was part of the team that designed Baymax.
