Manga 'Working!! Web-ban' Gets TV Anime Adaptation

An official website has opened for a TV anime adaptation of Working!! Web-ban, a spin-off series of the Working!! 4-koma manga. The anime series will be aired under the title WWW.Working!!

WWW.Working!! was teased as a possible landing page on the website of the Working!! anime series on Friday, as part of April Fools' Day celebrations. A false announcement of an anime adaptation was also made on April Fools' Day in 2011.

Working!! Web-ban was originally published on the personal website of mangaka Karino Takatsu. Square Enix has compiled the series into three volumes under the Young Gangan Comics label.

Synopsis
Daisuke Higashida is a serious first-year student at Higashizaka High School. He lives a peaceful everyday life even though he is not satisfied with the family who doesn't laugh at all and makes him tired. However, his father's company goes bankrupt one day, and he can no longer afford allowances, cellphone bills, and commuter tickets. When his father orders him to take up a part-time job, Daisuke decides to work at a nearby family restaurant in order to avoid traveling 15 kilometers to school by bicycle.

These characters were created first, so any one that calls them 'new' is sorely mistaken.

Was hoping this would be animated a long time ago (2011). Better late than never!

A-1 has been nailing the Wagnaria series for me, definitely excited for this.

This is awesome news...
I really wanted them to announced a TV series for the web manga (lots of web mangas have been getting TV adaptations, so I guess the chances were there), and here we are... I’m really happy about this. Also, glad to see a different set of characters as well; love the old ones, but their story have already been told.

Great cast overall. I’m glad too see them returning from the drama CD.... Plus Risa Taneda = love.

Anyhow, I’m really looking forward this...
Now they need to do a Dust Box 2.5 (another 4-koma from Karino Takatsu san) adaptation sometime in the future.... And while they’re it, why not also start planning for a full-length TV adaptation for Yugami-kun ni wa Tomodachi ga Inai; that’d be pretty cool.

Looking more on Working spin-off series! The original series were really amazing, so hopefully this will have a good impact.

new working always welcomed. and some new character look still have correlation with old cast. i like karino sensei 4-koma style. servant x service season 2? never? also waiting patiently for ore no kanojo nani ka youkai adaptation.
