Mobile Game 'Kemono Friends' Gets TV Anime

Mobile game developer Nexon has announced that its property Kemono Friends will be adapted into a TV anime. The announcement was made following the game's latest update on Thursday. The update also removed payment requirements from all parts of the game.

Kemono Friends, billed as a "zoo role-playing game," began service in March 2015 for the Android and iOS platforms. In the game, players gather various female beast characters and battle against other "tamers" and violent criminals. The game has also collaborated with the Ghost in the Shell franchise to include an anthropomorphism of the Tachikoma.

Fuck they need to stop adapting mobile games, 90% of anime based on a mobiles game are bad, adapt some good manga or novel !

all to make the android games more known^^ can surely expect more of this type cuz doing few min short animes doesnt cost them probably that much anyway and well they gonna get some money out of the disc selles later so they r like what the hell why dont give it a try :P

It'll be a short I bet. Can't say I'm overly interested, but if it is a short it could be a fun way to kill some time. Either that or it will be a boring, soulless advertisement for the actual game.
