Female Cast of TV Anime 'Orange' Announced

Female voice cast members for the Summer 2016 anime Orange, an adaptation of the manga by Ichigo Takano, have been announced at AnimeJapan 2016. Color character designs by animator Nobuteru Yuuki were also revealed on the official website on Friday.

Naho Takamiya: Kana Hanazawa (Durarara!!)

Azusa Murasaka: Natsumi Takamori (Another)

Takako Chino: Rika Kinugawa

A promotional video was also unveiled at the announcement stage at AnimeJapan. Animation studio TMS Entertainment is producing the series under the direction of Hiroshi Hamasaki.

people are either going to hate HanaKana as Naho or love it and there is no in between. As for me I AM SO HYPED HANAKANA IS PERFECT FOR NAHO

Orange had pretty standard 'shoujo manga artstyle', so I'm not really sure what you have expected to begin with :v

Very excited to see KanaHana voice Naho. I think she fits Naho's character perfectly.

The character designs are nice, though not as pretty and refined as they are in the manga. No qualms about the casting, but I hope KanaHana voices Naho in the same vein as Akane Tsunemori rather than Shiina Mayuri.
