'Himouto! Umaru-chan' Manga to Bundle OVA

A scan of Young Jump's upcoming issue, available on June 18, has revealed that manga Himouto! Umaru-chan will bundle an OVA together with its seventh volume on October 19.

The OVA will be an unaired episode of the TV anime adaptation, which will begin airing on July 9. Masahiko Oota, well-versed in comedy, slice-of-life TV series, will be directing the anime. He, composer Yasuhiro Misawa, and writer Takashi Aoshima have worked together on many TV series prior to Himouto! Umaru-chan, including Mitsudome, Yuru Yuri, and Kotoura-san. Doga Kobo, the studio behind Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun and Yuru Yuri, will be animating both the TV anime and OVA episode.

Himouto! Umaru-chan is written and illustrated by SankakuHead. It began serialization in seinen magazine Young Jump in March 2013. The manga series is currently publishing.

Also with the exception of Mangirl, I think Doga Kobo has always been adapating TV series to full length.

perhaps they'll handle it like Nichijou? with a number of different stories for each episode?
