Synopsis
The story of the mecha anime revolves around 13-year old Meguru Tokio, who is suddenly approached by a strange woman who is running away from something. She finds out that the girl's name is also Meguru, and although she appears to be around 17 or 18 years old, she has a passionate personality, which the younger Meguru has trouble dealing with. Meguru Tokio gets drawn into the older Meguru's fight with a mysterious organization, and gets targeted by the organization as well. The one targeting them from the organization was the narcissist, Rei.

Although the younger Meguru can't believe that the older one came from the future, she fights alongside her in a dimensional robot. After fighting with Rei, she finds out that even though the other Meguru is older than her, she is Meguru Tokio's descendant. After finding out that someone has jumped into the past by the older Meguru's history surveillance device, the two also make a leap back into the past. (Source: ANN)

TJR is correct. As this is a direct-to-video release, we have classified it as an OVA.

All that has been confirmed is an 8-minute PV, which will be shipped directly to customers on DVD-R (along with an 80 page booklet containing artwork, rough sketches, storyboards, etc.).

There's no sponsorship, so Brains Base is selling this through their website. At this point, I doubt a TV series is in the cards.

I don't know anything about mecha, but the character design seems ok.

Brains Base how about you just give us the 5th season of Natsume Yuujinchou?

^^^^

They revealed a lot in that synopsis... Jesus.

But it did sound okay... until I took a look at those designs. Then the synopsis sounded even worse. I might watch the first episode to see how bad it is.

Why ? Tell me why... c'mon Brain Base you can do better than this.
This is just.. too hard to even look at.

Well right or not you can always find the guy hating/flaming on everything.

Not true! That's merely Sturgeon's Law doing works. 90% of everthing they announce turns out to be crap after all.

Lol looks like something to satisfy japanese otaku culture.

Come on Brain Base, why cant you give us a Baccano sequel instead?

I agree with the general opinion in this thread: the art is a pretty big turnoff.

So this is Neon Genesis Madoka Magica?

Was liking the synopsis......until I saw the character designs. Dafuq, looks like a 90s Hentai.

The character designs look below average, the story, well.. isnt' spectacular (imo) either. Maybe it's because this sounds like a mecha anime and it isn't my favorite genre.

The art looks awful and seems to be full of ecchi. I'm not very sure about this.
