It was announced that the manga Shokugeki no Souma will get a TV anime in 2015.

Whats crappy animation to you, maybe its less comparable to the likes of ig, madhouse or kyoani but they are never terrible. The art by them is always above average so don't fear, since I hold it above animation in a non action show.
FYI: Railgun has spectacular animation, while little busters lighting and coloring makes it really good looking so I don't know why you think they're bad but if they have a good budget on this show it will turn well. Get suprised by the PV the detail in the utensils and ingredients are crazy.

btw: I haven't liked a JC staff show since sakurasou so this might be surprisingly good/bad

This show didn't expect it but always pleased when my manga gets animated. How gratuitous the H scenes gonna be, I'm scared. Not really ;)

So it will be J.C Staff huh. That could be a good thing or a bad thing. They have their ups and downs but let's hope this adaptation will be one of their ups.

JC Staff? Interesting. They usually has crappy animation but if they could pull out a Shakugan No Shana or Toaru level of animation this might be aots.

My only problem is the va for Souma :/

...JC Staff huh.Well, not that it's the best choice, but still much better than ARMS or Production IMS.JC can sometimes do quite well when it comes to not battle-action oriented series.
