Viz Media to Release JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Phantom Blood
The first arc of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, JoJos Bizarre Adventure Part 1: Phantom Blood, has never been released in the North American release, outside of the 16 volumes that covered the third story arc of the franchise Stardust Crusaders. Viz Media has now announced that they will be releasing the first arc along with more future announcements regarding JoJo Bizarre Adventure at Anime Expo.

Great choice. This is what more anime should do. Teenaged characters being voiced by actual youngsters (Ishikawa's still in his early 20). Because seriously, far too many male voice on anime already sounds too obnoxious for my taste. Some of them (Fukuyama, Sugita, Nakamura) often sound like a bunch of daddies in a party pretending they're their sons.

Carol Nastasha: Manami Tanaka
Graywarth Sharmais: Mai Nakahara <- This is probably Grayworth or Greyworth. Graywarth seems awkward.
Jio Inzagi: Yoshitsugu Matsuoka <- direct katakana spelling
Lestia: Youko Hikasa <- This could be Restia as well since L and R are similar in Japanese.

Hmm interesting, Ookami Shoujo to Kuro Ouji is in there. There's still time to announce it as an anime for Summer although I expect Fall to be a much more likely choice with a 1 cour. (possibly OVA in the future).

Still no PV for Jinsei yet, shame. I am pretty excited to see Zankyou no Terror though.
