Great but I prefer a tv series.

I feel that if the OVA gets good feedback and becomes popular, we'll rightfully get a animated TV series. And if it's a 2 cour series it'll be icing on top in my book.

im still reading the manga , why some of you telling the the anime adaptation shall only put on the first arc? is the 2nd arc that bad?

Many of the manga's fans, at least on here from what I read weekly in the chapter threads, do think it has gone down hill in the current arc, some have even dropped it. I however do not share this opinion. I'd love if the entire manga ended up getting animated, but I'm just being a realist. I don't think it's popular enough to get the entire series animated which would take over 26 episodes, which is the most episodes I could see this series getting. Plus the first arc ends on a fairly satisfactory note. But like I said if an anime ever did get announced I'd love if they adapted the second arc too, that's just my opinion.

Why not just give it a season and be done with it

No, the second arc is not bad. It's just that the first arc is perfect for the anime. If they they adapt the second arc, which ofc is not posssible due to time constraints, then it could backfire the show itself. At least, that's what I think but this is all saying considering if Yamada is getting proper anime adaptation in the future.

OT: This and Shokugeki no Soma are screaming for an anime adaptation. =/

Finally I wanna see it. But please make a whole series.

well an OVA isn't too bad, i guess. maybe they are still gathering data on how much audience pays attention to the series. still, a TV series fits this manga more.

I don't mind an OVA. At least they're animating the manga.

I hope the OVA will get successful enough to get an tv series adaptation.
