Light Novel 'Shinmai Maou no Testament' Receives Anime Adaptation

According to Thursday's issue of Dragon Age magazine, the light novel Shinmai Maou no Testament (The Testament of Sister New Devil) will receive an anime adaptation. Tesuto Uesu's series debuted in October 2012, and the fifth volume will be released at the end of March. Volume 4 ranked eighth of all light novels in its first week on the Oricon sales charts.

Nekosuke Ookuma illustrates the series, which has also inspired two manga adaptations. Another of Uesu's light novels, Hagure Yuusha no Estetica, was adapted into a TV anime in Summer 2012.

Synopsis
"Hey, you said you wanted a little sister, right?" First year highschool student, Toujo Basara, was suddenly asked by his father and fell into a state of panic. On top of that, the eccentric father told him he will be getting remarried. He then departed overseas after bringing Basara two beautiful step-sisters. But Mio and Maria's true forms are actually the newbie Demon Lord and a succubus?! Basara was almost entered into a master and servant contract with Mio, but a "reversed" contract was formed by mistake, and Basara is now the master!? Moreover, Basara is being hit by ecchi situation one after another due to the contract, but Mio's life is being pursued by other demon tribes and hero tribes!! Automatically assuming he is perverted? Nope he is not but he isn't afraid to do what needs to be done...........their clothes didn't get destroyed during fight either (not yet atleast)

Besides Dakara was crap, DxD actually had some story and decent characters and action.

Studio aside, please let it be aired on ATX. All those censoring takes the fun away from watch echhi shows.

I only read the first chapters but it doesn't seem like the protagonist is perverted.

I just read the current available manga adaptation chapters, it was decent.
But stuff were not presented in the most exciting way, and so far it didn't go any place special. I felt the art and the girls in the manga were cool, but something felt off, specifically for this adaptation.

The anime should cover much more material, and hopefully be better if it will be directed well enough, or in the worst case, be worse.

I'll surely try watching it.

...I think it's fair with the number of ecchi anime there have been, that by now people start judging it for the plot rather than just for the ecchi?

recently started reading the manga and now there's an anime coming not bad it's full of fighting 100 percent shounen.

Tried to read the manga last year, and read a few more new manga chapters this year but I cannot find it interesting. I hope they will make anime adaptations of the ones I am looking forward to.

I like the character design of Mio. And it looks like it won't disappoint in the Ecchi department, which I enjoy sometimes in select few shows with good Ecchi.
I look forward to watching it.

I hope someday LN like Gekkou instead that get adapted. Well not that I'm complaining but I'm not expecting much about this. At least I will have my Blade Dance soon.
