4-koma Manga 'Koroshiya-san' to be Animated

It was announced that "Koroshiya-san", a 4-koma gag manga about an assassin who boasts he can kill "anything", will get an anime adaptation. The anime will be made by Opera House, a flash anime studio. The manga started serialization in Manga Action in 2004 and four volumes have been published. It also got a drama CD adaptation in late 2009.

This. And he spends his daily life with his shirt unbuttoned like that! Reading through a few manga panels, he seems to be a perv. I'm so interested and hopefully drama cast will be the same. MC with dat sexy voice makes him even hotter.

AnimeAnime's news came at 19:18 Japan time, four hours later than the first break of news (and my post in MAL) - it does not give more details about the anime itself but it does provide more information about the studio and the director Ikegaya Ai, which is good.

Just for clarification, Moca News did not say if it will be a flash anime. And in the post I only noted the fact that Opera House is a flash anime studio without saying if this anime itself is going to be a flash anime. On the other hand, I do not think the two preclude each other: If it is a flash anime, then chances is it is likely to be a series of short anime too.

Action, Comedy, Police, Seinen, and Thriller. When I hear "4-koma" only one of those genres come to mind, might give it a go.
