Sentai Filmworks Acquires Amnesia and Cuticle Tantei Inaba

According to their official Facebook page, Sentai Filmworks has licensed:

Amnesia
Cuticle Tantei Inaba (Cuticle Detective Inaba)

Both will be will be available soon through select digital outlets with a home video release later this year. The two series were also recently announced to be simulcasted on Crunchyroll.

Already licensed? o.o oh man. Depending on how I like Amnesia, I may or MAY not get it.

Off topic, but I'd like to see Kami-sama Hajimemashita licensed (by Funii at least)

just why? I wish Funi got Amnesia but yeah, Inaba is pretty much a show I expeced Sentai to get...sentai does not make shows popular anyways..

If they're going to license everything in sight, you can just report: "Sentai Filmworks is at it again!" at the beginning of every season.

You're right. They could have done much worse. They could have picked up something like Hakouki, Idolm@ster Xenoglossia, Highschool of the Dead or A-Channel. Oh wait...

Well, at least no one's picked up that godawful Osaka show. It's the only short anime I've dropped after 1 episode.

Not sure about Amnesia but my recent experience with Cuticle has not been positive. Sentai must have gotten Cuticle for dirt cheap. Otherwise, I don't see them making money out of this deal

No clue, but both shows had a terrible episode 1, cuticle terrible episode 2. Not sure about Amnesia's second episode.
