Special Chapter of Manga 'Inuyasha' Due in February

According to Weekly Shonen Sunday, a special chapter of InuYasha will be released in the magazine on February 6, 2013. The manga series was concluded in 2008.

It is part of the charity project "Heroes Come Back" to support recovery from the Tohoku Earthquake. Other than Inuyasha's Takahashi Rumiko, Fujita Kazuhiro ("Ushio to Tora"), Arakawa Hiromu, and Yuuki Masami ("Kyukyoku Chojin R") will also release special chapters.

MAJORLY looking forward to this, I have been an Inuyasha fan for years, it's still one of my favorite manga and I have a soft spot for the series. It was my first anime, after all.

Hopefully its a chapter that looks in on Inuyasha and Kagome.

It could be about a plot hole that was never filled? Or a look into Inuyasha's and Kagome's family life? It's been soooo long and they suddenly feel like bringing them back again but I guess it's a nice treat.

OMG! This is so great! I love Inuyasha since I was a little kid. I think that is a wonderful manga and a wonderful anime. If what you said is true, I'll read this special chapter.

Well dammit. I was planning to say something snide before I saw that it was for charity. Regardless of previously intentions, I am interested in what Arakawa will put out. Shame I don't have the ability or money to make a donation.

They could always do a chapter on Inuyasha & Kagome and see how their relationship is going. Like if there married, have kids, and etc. I can imagine the new chapter like this with then at the present or something. I know this is hard to understand but I doubt she'lll do a beach chapter or something

Hopefully it will be a continuation of the ending showing us whatever happen to inuyahsa and kagome. Whether they got children like sango and miroku.
