I cant even imagine what kind of anime K-On would be if they swapped the characters with the psycho-pass-cast :o

Moekishima. Need more be said?
Director omits moe, yet fills the entire cast with bishonens and bishoujos.
Oh well. Psycho-Pass was shit anyways.

Moe has no place in an anime like this anyway.
Leave it for K-ON and retarded shonen cross-overs.
But despite what you said, moe still exists in this anime.

i respect and admire this but the thing has some moe parts on it, that despicable thing that plagues anime today somehow managed to crawl and infiltrate this production!
nevertheless it was to a too little magnitude and is almost an insignificant stamp.
And as this series continues to avoid/omit moe, I continue to avoid watching it. Don't get me wrong, I don't have a problem watching anime without moe. But when a show and its senior staff go out of their way to explicitly decry moe, they're essentially trolling me and other moe fans, and I'm not about to reward that.
Haha wow, you're gonna pass over a great anime just for that? you're missing out bro.
Moe wouldn't have even fit anywhere in this anime. If they put any in, it would just feel forced, awkward, and out of place.
Anyways, not my problem if you wanna deny yourself the pleasure of this great show. Good luck upholding your moe principles.
But the anime did have moe.
Hmm? If you are talking about that one episode in the beginning then ok.. but that was less like moe and more like world building.
No, the entire anime.
Then I don't know what you are referring to.
Moe.

Why is this such a big deal? What's wrong with a director not wanting to make an anime too cute?._.
Antinomy, when the Japanese say "moe", they DO NOT mean the same as the ignorants here in the West. The fact that in Saimoe one of the participants was Sui Shijima, a 68-year-old woman just shows that what people here in this forum call "moe" is completely different to what it is in Japan. I believe one of the first to use "moe" as synonymous of "kawaii" were the "critics" of ANN, and since people think that whatever those douches say is word of God this huge misinterpretation has been in existence for almost a decade.
And not only that, almost ALL terminology we use here is wrong (Ex. harem, fanservice, ecchi or hentai), if you heard them in an anime or said by a native Japanese they mean something completely different. I thought people here at least knew that, but it's shocking they thought the buzzwords they used were official Japanese terminology, for Heaven's sake.

THANK YOU! OMG THERE'S HOPE FOR FUTURE ANIME! EVERYONE PLEASE MAKE THIS ANIME A SUCCESS!
Um...For your information, THE ANIME HAS ALREADY BEEN RELEASED and I'm so sorry to break this to you but the information here is believed to be misleading therefore there WILL BE BITS OF MOE IMAGES SHOWN!!!
Released? It's already finished airing. And it's fairly successful too, with a 9.5k. Also, to the topic, does it really matter whether or not PP has moe or not?

No, the reason they "went out of their way" to avoid putting moe is this show is because it just would not work with a lot of the themes and scenes present in this show, many of which are quite brutal. They didn't go out of their way because they thought people wouldn't like it or because they don't like it, they just declined having an unnecessary addition to the show that would have counteracted the original themes and storyline of the show. There's no need to actually get offended without having actually seen the show, I mean that's a ridiculous reason not to watch something.
