It's worldwide except for Japan, and streams every Tuesday at 10 a.m PST or 1 pm EST.

But like, what is the crunchyroll, funimation, the anime network, viz media, and anime on demand? :/
Those are the companies that offer the streams. the only particularly good one is Crunchyroll, but thankfully they're also the most prolific.
Since you live in Greece, streams from the other companies are not available to you anyway, as they usually only stream in the US/Canada. But Crunchyroll does get a lot of international rights. The first post in the thread should list what streams you can get from your country (unfortunately, not too many cover Greece).
Can someone here help me 'cause I'm an 'otaku' and I don't know what a simulcast anime list is and its contents (crunchyroll, etc.)? I searched online but I can't find something. I do imagine something though but I just want a good definition ^^ Thank you!
Websites that legally stream episodes online concurrent with or soon after the episode airs on television in Japan.
It should really be within 12 hours or so to be a true simulcast in my opinion, but sometimes there are delays of a week or more.
Oh thank you a lot!^^

Crunchyroll is a site that licenses anime streaming rights pretty much worldwide (different areas for different series)
http://www.crunchyroll.com
Funimation is an American company that licenses DVD releases and streaming rights for all english speaking regions (edit: I think - there's various seemingly contradictory pieces of information that we've been told over the years), but only actually uses them for the US and Canada. They sublicense the DVD rights for other English speaking countries to local companies (if said companies want them), but not the streaming rights.

The Anime Network is a US/Canada site that streams anime. It used to be owned by ADV. I don't know much about it.
Viz media is a company that mainly licenses manga for the english language market, but also license a few anime series. They stream said anime for US audiences only.
http://www.viz.com
Anime on Demand is a site for the UK and Ireland owned by Kazé, who in turn are owned by Viz Media. As such they stream most anime that Viz are streaming in the US, as well as a few series that The Anime Network stream in North America, as well as a few others.

My wish is to see Medaka box on the site (I cant becouse of the license limits. I live in Mexico)
Sadly I don't think there's any precedent of them expanding the territories for an already aired series.
I think they increased the number of territories for Saki and Natsume Yuujinchou. So it HAS happened, but very rarely.
And the increase for Natsume Yuujinchou coincided with them getting the third season.
So your point still kind of stands.

- Uploaded Chuunibyou episodes 1-5 and set dates for future episodes (seems like it will be coming out every Friday)
- Uploaded Busou Shinki ep. 1 and set the date for the next episode
- Uploaded Hidamari Sketch x Honeycomb episode 2 (no date for future episodes yet)
- Set a date for TLR:D episode 2
K and Magi had already been running smoothly for some time, but it's good to finally have everything going now.

The Anime Network added some stuff as an update to their already not really much of a simulcast listing:
BTOOOM!
Medaka Box Abnormal
Girls und Panzer
From the New World (Shin Sekai Yori)
These aren't simulcasts. They licensed the shows and will be streaming them later is all.
Jormungand: Perfect Order (under their Funimation channel)
K (under their VIZ channel)
Magi (under their Aniplex channel)
Considering that these are coming from places I already have listed (FUNi, Viz, etc.), there's no need to add them as a separate category.

...It should really be within 12 hours or so to be a true simulcast in my opinion, but sometimes there are delays of a week or more.
The complicating factor with the simulcast is that it may not be a simulcast of the first channel that carries it. The simulcast is almost always hours or just an hour after the station broadcasts it but it may look days old if another station broadcasts it first. For whatever reason they can't always get a deal with the first station that sends it out, especially if the first station is PayTV which might be more expensive to license.
