Short OVA of Lupin III With Previous Cast Announced
According to Mainichi, a special Blu-ray set of Lupin III was announced to be released on March 28th to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the anime. A short OVA titled "Lupin Ikka Seizoroi" will be included in the disc set. Three of the main cast characters have been switched from last year's special Lupin III: Blood Seal - Eternal Mermaid, but the previous cast will play the roles once again in the OVA.
A pilot anime of the unaired "Lupin VIII" will also be included the set. It was produced up to episode 4 - 8 by TMS Entertainment and French producers in 1982 however, it had never been released to date.
