According to Takeshobo, the second season of Morita-san wa Mukuchi will be aired from October directly following the first season.

3 min eps already ruined the first season (manga was pretty nice, and it deserved a better adaptation), and now they're going to murder the second season just like that?

A couple episode OVA would've been much more enjoyable.

Even though the episodes are only 3 min. I would actually really love for it to have full length episodes. This show has good potential.

Well, at 3 minutes, it's not like I d0on't have the time to watch it. Besides, I find this show quite amusing.

They need to have Mayu actually talk on screen, rather than in thought or off screen. It's not like she's a mute.

And since they're continuing right after the last episode, does that truly count as a second season, or is it that this show had 26 episodes all along and they only now confirmed it?

I enjoy this series and I hope it stays the same length or at least gets extended to 6 or 7 minutes cause I probably would loose interest if this series were the normal 23 minutes long.

There was a first season? 3 mins x 13 = 39 mins, that's like 2 "normal" episodes. XD But still, good news.
