New OVA of Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei Announced

According to the official website, a new OVA will be distributed to those who purchase all the three Blu-ray box sets of Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei series. It will be shipped in October. The total price of the three box sets is 69,720 yen ($850).

A live streaming of Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei will start on March 12th on Niconico Live. All the TV series will be aired without intermissions for 15 hours.

I realise this thread is now quite dated, but the page for the new OVA of SZS (http://myanimelist.net/anime/10469/Sayonara_Zetsubou_Sensei_Special) says that a number of people have actually watched the special. I've been googling frantically for a good few weeks now, but have not found anywhere with it uploaded for public viewing.
I was just wondering if someone knew where all these people had seen the Special ? I already own the DVDs and so I fit in the category mentioned by someone before, when they asked how fans who already own the show are supposed to watch it - we don't.

What do fans do in Japan if they want to see the OVA but purchased all the SZS DVDs as they came out? Do they re-buy the entire anime at a freakishly expensive BD cost to see one more episode?
