[Kaoru] I've been approached by men countless time, but you're the first one that's putting it so bluntly.
[Daigou] Men that can't get to the point clearly are good for nothing.
I'm doing a thing where I'm re-reading mangas. I don't remember much from most of them so I wanted to re-read them in order to first change my ratings if needed and second to write reviews. In this case, I originally rated ...Virgin Love 9/10, but after reading the manga again, I'm changing that rating to 10/10.
It was a bit difficult to figure out what was happening at first (would have helped if I would have
...
read the mangas in order and not start with this one, so completely my fault), what Kaoru's deal was, but after I got it, it went great and I really liked Kaoru. I liked Daigo too later when we met him. Their relationship was so good. They started off as two guys with a common goal and continued as two guys with a common, but deeper goal. And I liked that a lot.
What I liked the most was the lack of common yaoi tropes. I don't know how it happened in this manga considering the others in the series, but there are good mangas that portray relationships in a healthy way, it is possible and I love it.
The art is not the greatest, again. Maybe I should keep the original rating because of the art, but despite not being flawless it is still pretty and I liked it. Plus, the plot deserves more.
EXTRA CH
I usually don't really like extra chapters in mangas because they don't feature the characters I already know from the main story, but some random characters that I have no context on. I think it only happened once when I liked the extra more than the main story. This time, though, I really enjoyed the extra. For one, it features Chiharu, Kaoru's boss, and his boyfriend, Kazuki. And Kaoru makes an appearance too!
The very last few pages, the extra.5, are just so funny.
