[I read chp1-11 and 23-37, have not watched anime]
As of this time, the manga is on hiatus possibly cause creator is ill. Check mangafox forums, there is a thread discussion there.
I'm surprised this manga has no reviews yet. The author is the same as Yuuhi Romance, but is obviously of much higher quality, whether in art, story or apparent effort.

Story-7
Well, there are 2 parts to this series, chapters 1- 31 (not that sure abt 12-22) and 32-37.
1-31 is about Torako finding and having fun with her friends, involving tons of Friendship, fun

and peaceful school life, interesting personalities, comedy, slice-of-life and a bit of ecchi. At the beginning it was great, but some content got rather similar, resulting in a few cliches.
32-37 is the student council president arc and Battle Royale, which seem to have taken a drastic turn from the happy-go-lucky and fun-filled days from before. The turn is a bit too much, and aft chapter 31 I felt that the series got boring. Too much stuff, content is so different from early chapters, and storyline wasn't so good. Not at all.
Art:7
It's not bad, the art shows the atmosphere well, like 'Sadako' and her dark aura. The art also brought out character emotions well, good character designs, most characters were distinct.
It is a HUGE improvement from the art in Yuuhi Romance.
Character:8
Possibly more than 7 distinct personalities, some a bit cliche but together the feel is quite right. Characters literally shine in this series, since in the early chapters the story was counting on characters to produce content.
Characters' personalities were stable, and you could easily tell what one character's response to something would be, esp the "Bi".
Characters were easy to distinguish from art, but there were too many names, and not so many references, so I dunno a lot of their names till now. Lol.

For 1-11 and 23-31 a lot. Quite little from 32-37, and enjoyment keeps falling.
Overall:7
An overall light manga that takes a twist in chapter 32.
Sadako chapters from Hyakko bears resemblance to Kimi no Todoke.
Today in Class 5-2 is a manga & anime similar to school life fun too.
Read this if you like light and fun mangas, or go watch the anime. It's good in those sectors.
