This is a short manga adaptation of the Onegai Twins! anime. And when I say short, I mean it: 12 episodes are condensed into about 10 moderate length chapters. Is it worth reading?
If you haven't seen the anime, I wouldn't bother. By condensing the story, much of the character development that happens in the anime is lost--and frankly, that was the best part of the anime. The main thrust of the anime is watching these three people struggle with their growing romantic feelings while simultaneously shying away from the possibility of an incestuous relationship. is in place here, but because of the limited page count, that dynamic isn't explored as thoroughly. But they left in the running gags and the bath scenes, turning it into a one volume ecchi harem comedy.
If you have seen (and liked) the anime, I would give this adaptation a very cautious thumbs up. The basic plot outline and character backgrounds are the same. But they play out the ending much differently. Personally, I prefer the anime ending, but this one isn't bad, and alternate endings do have a certain inherent appeal, even when they are mediocre.
All in all, there's nothing especially wrong with this manga; there's just not much especially great about it either. Serviceable art, serviceable story, good characters... I'm just not sure why you would want to read this rather than watch the much better anime.
