First things first: Watch the show before you even consider reading this, it's better in about every way. I'll be comparing this manga to the show, so hopefully you've watched the show before reading ahead.
I can only recommend this for hardcore Dandy fans, which I'm sure there are very few of.
So 13/16 chapters contain the same plot points as the TV show. Two of the unique "chapters" together are about half the size of the first volume, so keep that in mind. Having seen the show 3 times, I found myself skimming through most of this manga, just seeing how it differs from the

superior show, and some chapters really really stray from the original episode it's based off of. For example, episode 1 of season 2 involves all the other Dandy's from other universes. In the manga they make it so the gang is split up, each going to a different universe. Or for the finale of season 1: the episode where QT falls in love with a coffee maker, in the manga we see Dandy giving him dating advice, and rather than the coffee maker and cashier being sent to that dump island, we see them taken away by police, and QT chases the truck, and we get to see him interact with cashier a bit. It's really neat. Sadly most of the chapters don't differ very much. Many have very minor differences, usually the punchline, like Meow surviving inside of the creatures mouth at the end of episode 3, or Dandy surviving the zombie Apocalypse in episode 4 because "dumb people don't get sick."
Art-wise it looks just like the show, and the new creature designs are pretty great, if only we got to see more of them. It's really disappointing the manga doesn't have more original material, it's a real wasted opportunity. Once again, I only recommend this for those who really want more Dandy material.
Seeing as very people will read through this manga, you could at least appreciate some of the high quality art 👌 https://imgur.com/a/0OR7a
