I don't write reviews. I don't read a lot of manga, hell, i don't know why i read this. But reading this piece of work i was truly wondering what i was doing with my life.
Oto☆Koi is a mixed bag, and every story has its own characteristics, but there is something consistent across all 9 stories: Good art.
All stories(except one) are centered around a single topic: Homosexual relationships with crossdressing involved. All stories come down to the point of “Even though you’re a guy, i still like you” or something similar. The character saying this might be the guy not crossdressing or the crossdresser himself:
...
Whatever the case is, they develop feelings for eachother within five pages. Again, a one shot, but pretty bland.
The art is notably good for this one. Every chapter has varying degrees of how sexual they are, going from nothing sexual at all happening to outright “ dick-panty-shots “ which are clearly catering for this to be used as pornographic material. Overall, i believe the art is on point to achieve this goal. The artist clearly exaggerated female characteristics on every crossdressing character to make them look feminine, using male school uniforms to distinguish their actual sex.
The characters all share their like of dudes dressing up as girls and may have another quirk depending on the story. There are some notable characters in specific chapters that are way more memorable but they only achieve that by being incredibly narcissistic or outright creepy.
Overall, i had fun reading this. I wouldn’t read it again, but if softcore crossdresser porn is your cup of tea then you should go ahead and give it a read, since it is in fact only 9 one-shots.
