Sana has a hard life. He looks exactly like his youthful celebrity father. He wears glasses so people don't recognize him. Even transferring to a new middle school doesn't help things. A teacher who used to have a crush on dad is now stalking him. And dad (who is abusive) sometimes forces Sana to trade places with him at work! In all this craziness, how can Sana get an identity for himself, separate from his father?
Though I'm not usually into school shoujo mangas, this one actually grabbed me. The story didn't come off as silly or girly-girly.

A boy is trying to avoid being noticed by others, since everyone mistakes him for his father. Although his dad is a jerk a lot of the time, he does tells Sana up front that he needs to be himself, rather than just passing through life trying to not look like dad. The characters are good and believable.
The artwork is decent. I can't say it's my very favorite style, but it works for the story. The lines are thin and slightly brushy, which gives it a light air. It's very stylized, with huge eyes and such, but the sketchy look makes it not as noticeable (I have to admit I'm not a fan of huge round eyes).
I found it definitely worth the read. I've since found out that this is a prequel to another manga, which I haven't read yet. Even so, I think this is fine as a stand-alone comic.
