Both the male and female main characters live together but Orange Yane no Chiisana Ie is more concentrated on slice of life, romance and family while love lucky is conecentrated on ecchi, troubles of a celebrity having a marriage and romance.

Hiyoko Brand (Okusama wa Joshi Kousei ) is about a teacher and a student marriage, while Love Lucky! is about a celebrity and a salaryman. Both have to keep their relationships from the rest of the world and pretend they are single. Hiyoko brand pays more attention to the relationship of the couple while Love Lucky! is more on the insecurities of having little time to meet each other and the risks of been seen by paparazzi.

These are both seinen echi romantic comedies, although Kirara does have some sad moments.

Both are about a pauper that falls in love with a princess (figuratively), the romance is straight forward, they love each other, but they need to overcome the difference in status. the difference is that these are high schoolers, so there is ecchi but no sex, the boy lives with 2 useless sisters, and as a result he doesn't have much regard for woman so he doesn't skirt chase. The girl is beautiful and immensely popular and rich, a princess of a huge conglomerate that wields massive power the father is very strict and likes to govern her hobbies and life in general. thankfully the wife holds  read more

The same mangaka. Genre quite different, but types of the girls are quite similar. In any case, if you wanted to see naked Orin, you should read this manga. Kirari and Orina practically the same person.

Both of these are happy romances with almost no drama whatsoever although the key similarity between the two is the fact that both blatantly deal with sex. Love Lucky! is a little bit less geared towards sex however in both manga their are numerous sex scenes. Also the personalities between both the male and female characters are extremely similar.

Both of these stories involve a normal guy and an idol being lovers. They always have to keep secrets and there is a gap between the characters (REC has more of a personality gap and Love Lucky has a social gap).

Love Lucky and Tenshi no Marshmallow are quite similar. Both are about a lonely salaryman that meets a girl that just so happens to be the idol of their dreams. Although both contain sex, Love Lucky is a ecchi/seinen manga, while Tenshi no Marshmallow is a hentai series.

The artwork of "Love Lucky!" to "Amaenaideyo MS" is similar because in this man's opinion that characters and artwork are drawn softer (personally i can't express what this means in words it is just easier on the eyes to read.) They both contain topless scenes for those who enjoy that (though, fair warning the topless scenes and nude scenes of "Love Lucky!" are drawn in greater detail). Though, "Amaenaideyo MS" is a manga that focuses on a quest for beads and spiritual ascension, "Love Lucky!" focuses more toward a quest for two new lovers to make a future tougher for themselves with all the antics  read more

Same author, both series' characters make cameo appearance in each other. Futari Ecchi, as the name might suggest, focuses a lot more on the sex aspect with a lot of "useful" knowledges - it's like wikipedia for sex. Love Lucky focuses on human relationship, but FE does not lack in that category either. Both series have great comedic moments and of course, great art and great sex.

Despite targeting different demographics, both titles follow the hidden relationship between a male protagonist and a female idol.
