If you're like me, you saw Senobi no Housoku (more commonly known as "The Rule of Standing on Tiptoe") as one of the higher rated Shounen Ai mangas here. Since it is only six chapters, I thought I would give it a quick read and then go to bed. However, this manga is IMPOSSIBLE to find online. None of the websites I tried had it, and the only free copy I could find (from archive.org) was so pixelated I couldn't read the words. So, I decided to bite the bullet and buy it (I got the digital copy from Google Books). This is why, I

assume, this manga has so few members and no reviews.
The manga itself is really enjoyable. I would say it was worth the $6 I paid. The story is classic school-life romance, but it is done in such a lighthearted and enjoyable way that I couldn't give it anything less than a 10. The main character (affectionately nicknamed "Ham-chan") is sort of your stereotypical "self-conscious short person with an attitude," but the way he acts around the other main character (Raku) is really cute from the first chapter. Their relationship is very close throughout the story, but the moment they realize their feelings for each other is so amazing. It happens near the end, but seeing them together throughout the other chapters made me very happy. The art in this story was very good, but the digital scan I read did not do it justice. The facial expressions of Ham-chan add to the manga's comedic aspect, and Raku's smiling face is something I always enjoyed seeing.
