I'm still not over the fact that such an amazing exists. The pace of the story was perfect. The ending and their romance; nothing seemed rush. And the author managed to do all this is a span of 12 chapters!! Amazing is an understatement, to be honest.
It might seem like a cliche because of the shy-boy-falling-in-love-with-the-outgoing-boy storyline, but trust me, it's so much more than that.
The art style was amazing too! I wouldn't expect anything less of Takarai Rihito.
I think everyone should be able to enjoy this story, especially if you liked Seven Days. The two stories are similar, but I found ... Hana nomi zo Shiru more enjoyable. Maybe it's because Arikawa and Misaki went further than just kissing, if you know what I mean *insert lenny face here*
If you've already read this manga, I suggest you read the sequel as well. The heart couldn't stop beating for a long while after I read this.

This is just my opinion

So this is my first review (hopefully it's good might by slightly biased). so to start off I didn't really know what to expect since I had just started reading yaoi. But this manga was so beautifully written it really got me into yaoi! So the art 10/10 is beautiful as expected of Takarai Rihito sensei it kinda have me a calmed and relaxed feeling very suitable for the manga. The story 9/10 was a bit dull and generic at some points but overall pretty good. Characters the characters 10/10 I thought; were very fleshed out with character development (yay!) which made a lot more ... enjoyable. Overall this manga was very enjoyable and would recommend!
btw if you enjoyed this you should go read Hana no Miyako de though it is very sad. It is about Youichi and Minami's professor.

I have to admit the very first chapters are really unimpressive and I was tempted to drop it, but I’m glad I didn’t because it does pick up rather well after the third chapter. Satisfying ending.

The plot, although simple, does make for an interesting short story.
The premise, however, is rather banal. This is the typical “I drop my phone and the love of my life picks it up, our eyes meet and we live happily ever after” kind of deal, so don’t expect some complex developments. Still, the side characters and the addition of ‘the flowers element’ make the whole thing come together.

As far ... as queer/lgbt representation goes, this is were this manga is rather lacking (like most BL/queer manga anyway *sigh*) or maybe I’m not the target demographics? From bizarre stereotypical ‘urges’ to the bs trope ‘I’m not gay, but you are the exception’, and even if the latter could be debatable, I wasn’t really given any evidence of this not being the case while reading. However, one aspect that is well portrayed is the characters’ development in their acceptance of each other and their sexuality. Also, there is smut, but it does not feel out of place or there just for the sake of being there, but instead fits well with the progression of the story.

A funny plus (for me) is that one of the main characters has very bad eyesight so I could somewhat relate to that lol.

The artwork and style is clean and cutesy, which complements the story well. All in all, despite the hiccups, it’s not a bad pickup if you have a few hours to spare.
