Will change/remove my review once there are enough chapters, or finished.
Story & Characters: 4/10
Milgram is a story about a group of people kidnapped without any of their memories, as our protagonist is forced into position of power, and able to deem the others as guilty or not.
It's a bit difficult to explain without spoiling it, but a certain non-human in the manga is dragging the points down. It keeps interrupting the characters; making whatever rules it wants, yet pretends to say it's within our MC's rules. Of course, with only 11 chapters, that might change/have a purpose. MC's focus on the crime, rather than the people. Because of that, the characters suffers a lot. Not to say the characters are devolved from writing, but you don't have enough time to care.
Nevertheless, I can't pretend to like a manga where it feels like the author keeps self-inserting themselves to keep the story going elsewhere.
It reminds me of Danganronpa, but since the manga doesn't allow downtime, you struggle to care about the other characters. You especially notice it, since it somehow makes Danganronpa's characters more developed, depsite Milgram only having 5 active characters (inculding the MC).
Art: 6/10 A cutesy anime style, especially for the characters, but definitely brings the gruesome vibe into it. The facial expressions are also subtle, which I like.
