Well that was certainly… an experience.
Well, let’s start with the worst part. The art. It’s awful. It’s like the worst an oldschool shoujo manga could offer. The anatomy is all over the place, delivering the wonderful experience of alien-like noodle people. The artist seems to dislike drawing backgrounds, as most of panels/pages are just badly drawn people of either pure white background or on a white background with generic manga filter or sparkling added. Of course, in the off chance the background is actually drawn, it unsurprisingly looks like shit. The whole work gives off seriously low effort vibe.
Now if at least the story was

decent, I could have maybe overlooked the bad art, but nope lol. The story is a chaotic mess. I could barely keep up with tracking it, it’s barely coherent and it felt like every even page was missing and you’re supposed to have more info to go with. And even if few pages in a row manage to make sense, something random is thrown out of nowhere and suddenly the storytelling is a tangled mess again. I don’t know who to blame more, it it’s the fault of the bad writing or the bad art. How could art affect the story you ask? Well, the panelling work is really bad, so I suspect that is one of the sources of the continuity confusion.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone, not even to shounen-ai fans, unless your standards are seriously low.
