Once again, I'm left a tad confused. Although, I just remembered that Houshou hasn't been in Third-I for too long, so I won't be too surprised if she is the spy.

^^ I kinda expected it, going by the manga code of nothing should be too obvious, and it was obvious that the sadist guy was suspected before.

The only thing I don't get is why is everyone acting so nice to the sensei - c'mon, she's a terrorist who used chemical weapons on people! At least shoot her in the leg, inject her with a tranquilizer, attach a remote gps, put a bomb on her, something, so that she wouldn't escape so easily even if their plans fail. I also didn't like how easily the plea bargain was reached and how there were no reinforcements on standby right behind them.

Well, at last it's on its way to becoming a Death Note-lite on the mystery ladder.

Surprised as well that Houshou may be the spy (though looking at things again, some info can lead to the idea). Curious as to how Fujimaru came up with this, and whether he is correct or not.

It's called being humane. Not everyone is sadistic enough to do that, even to a mass murderer.
