Already on the messages but I'm reposting it: NIS America is going to release Mana Khemia ~ Alchemists of Al-Revis ~ for the PS2 March 18, 2008. This game is considered a "spiritual successor" to the Atelier Iris series. http://www.siliconera.com/2007/12/13/nis-america-sticks-to-their-rpg-roots-and-announces-mana-khemia Well that's a new game to add to that list Tifa. ^_^ |

That is why I made this thread, more or less, haha. I didn't want to post your news, though. =p Thanks for posting it! I will add that right now. Want to be an officer here, too? It's rare that I find people that love Nippon and Atlus like me, lol. |

http://www.nisamerica.com/news/PuchiPuchiVirus_news.htm A bit of late news but it's still worth noting. Nippon Ichi's first DS game is a puzzle game. More so, there's more news: "NIS America has been making RPGs, SRPGs, and RTSes to satisfy the hardcore gamers. We'll continue to provide quality RPG games to our fans, but at the same time we've decided to spread our wings to more casual gamers, which is why we've created a new NISA logo for that category. So, whenever you see this winged NISA logo, you'll know this is for more casual, light games. Meanwhile, our original NISA logo still represents high-quality SRPG/ RPG games" Yes, quite a good idea really. Though I still would like a rpg on the DS from them but hey, puzzle games are fun too. Plus they hinted more games like it. Cool. ------ So Tifa, add a section for the "light games" and its logo with the game: Puchi Puchi Virus. |

http://www.siliconera.com/2008/02/25/nippon-ichi-lays-down-plans-plenty-of-portable-titles-in-the-pipeline/ From the article: Nippon Ichi will be focusing on releasing games for the PS3, PSP and DS this year. DS: Five titles for the Japanese market are currently in development: a puzzle game, role playing game, simulation RPG (SRPG), adventure game and simulation / management title are in development in response to the broad demographic appeal of Nintendo’s handheld. Playstation: Simulation RPGs, adventure games and a new genre. The Wii and 360 aren't among the systems unfortunately. However, rumors and plans from them were made but nothing came up as of yet. |
