| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Good episode. Looks like they are still looking for Manaka in the underwater world. Dat reminiscing of memories ;.; I really liked the atmosphere of this episode and especially the OST that was used. They manage to find Manaka! She is alive! I wasn't too surprised by that but she is frozen. |

| My theory/ since they took Manaka away from the sea god, i think the sea god wont let the rest of the Shioshishio people wake up/ or kill them. Because of this Manaka will sacrifice herself again to save the people in Shioshishi |

| Manaka rescue attempt. Miuna paid a visit to the school... imagining what it was like there. And then she meets with Uroko (who seemed to recognise her), before leading the others to Manaka. What's special about Miuna? Why has she gained ena? Why can she hear these sounds? What brought about Uroko's interest in her? What actually is the connection between her and Manaka? Manaka, losing her ena. Manaka, slowly drowning. Manaka, trapped inside a web, trying to wake up. 'Once something appears, another is lost'. Could that be referring simply to the ena (Miuna gaining it against Manaka losing it)? Or is it referring to something deeper. For instance, if that place wasn't there before... Manaka appeared... All the Ojoshi collapsing... the sea god's anger? So many questions... |

| Manaka is back! Hope she will wake up in next episode... or maybe at the end of next episode! Manaka losing Ena, and Miuna get Ena? WTF?! This mean Manaka will can't back to Sea? No, my Hikari/Manaka must stay together... I'm afraid Manaka will go back to sea, to save sea people... because Sea God will try to hurt them... Next episode title... This Hikari's monologue... I have bad feelings... And... oh... yeah... Miuna and Uroko... Really... they really want me to really start to hate her?! -.- |

| Now that's what I'm talking about. Friggin amazing episode. Such a beautiful OST at the beginning of the ep and throughout :) Seeing Shioshishio like that was damn mystical. Really weird feelz I felt there. Everyone hibernating while sitting and some even outside their houses. I don't blame Miuna for being scared. Miuna meeting Uruko and how he knows the doubts and conflicts in her heart was really well done. The Ojoshi-sama graveyard was so damn creepy O_O. And the place Miuna was in. Damn! She's waking up and losing her Ena?!?! O_o? The tension when everything started to collapse and the way Uruko was looking at Miuna with those eyes was Brilliant depicting the emotions. Hikari's "Hell if I care was BA" :D...Manaka's suffering face was really hard to watch >~<...Hope she's saved :I Anyway, wonderful ep ^^ |

| Manaka and her v2 (Miuna) now reunited. Lets see how that will work out in the next episodes. I hope at least one grows up, cose both of them combined might annoy too many people too much :D |
| I liked this episode more than the previous one... First of all, when they arrived to the village and found people hibernating... The whole thing was a bit sad, some of them were hibernating in chairs or stairs, no good for them when they wake up (if they do). They were focused with Miuna almost half of the episode but it was nice to see Shioshishio and Uroko-sama again. I'm still rooting for MiunaxHikari but I find that Manaka hibernating for five years with creepy dolls was really sad :/ . And Manaka is losing her ena, maybe Miuna's ena is from her? The last scene with them taking her to the surface was intense, I hope she'll be alive in next episode. Uroko-sama was sad about them maybe something bad is going to happen again. Good episode. |

| I can't say I'm happy to see Manaka again since she annoyed me so much before the time skip, but I'm glad that this means that the remaining episodes won't be all about getting her back. Also, Tsumugu in the preview intrigued me, I wonder what was up with him. |

Maybe Miuna got Manaka's ena because of her longing of the sea, in turn Manaka loses it to be on land. Which could lead to what was foreshadowed with Manaka ending up with Tsumugu. Maybe. So maybe Miuna's mother was actually important to the sea god which is why Uroko has an interest in her. That would explain why Miuna was able to take Manaka's ena if she indeed has done so. The sea god may have something planned for Miuna actually. That might be why Uroko seemed sad when he saw her leaving. All speculation on my part. But interesting never the less. Or maybe it just means that their wanting to see Manaka happened, but now something must be lost. Maybe her life? Who knows. This series though has now far surpassed the word unknown. |

| I honestly wish Uroko played a bigger role in the series. Better balance between the youths and older characters, and watching him be on no one's side but the Sea God's is fascinating (though it looks like he let them go this time). Would have also enjoyed more fantastical elements. Manaka losing her Ena's saddening. She probably won't get it back, either. Wonder if Hikari would want to live with her above the sea? I hope she gets to confess this time around. |
| great episode i still rage about uroko and hate him he's pitifull scale of bad god who demand sacrifices . but that face at the end "lonely" ,we have seen him sad first time ,i'm curious if he had that face because they took manaka and sacrifice was not made and something bad will happen so manaka should die, or uroko don't want to be lonely , miuna got some bigger role out there maybe . There;'s chance that manaka gave her ena to her because she want hikari to pair up with miuna coz she must die or none will wake up. |

| Whoa! Why is Manaka losing her Ena? What the hell is going on in Shioshishio?! I'm not so sure they're sleeping anymore. I think they all might actually be dead. And, what exactly did the sea god need with Manaka if all he was going to do was hold her in his amniotic sac covered hand? I think Miuna just wanted to come along to find out if Manaka was dead. When they found her, I was sure Miuna was going to grab a stick and stab it right through her rival's heart. Well, if I were the writer, that's how it would have gone down. I have a feeling that Miuna is going to end up sacrificing herself to appease the angered sea god. Thinking hard about it, it kind of makes sense. She'd be the only one left without a mate. Hikari and Manaka will probably hook up. Seeing the closeness that's developed between Tsumugu and Chisaki and the age difference, Kaname will probably give up on any chances he might have had with her and move on. So, there's a HIGH possibility of a Kaname and Sayu pairing. This leaves Miuna with no one to love except the sea god. It was good to see Uroko again. He's so mysterious...and he definitely knows something. What if Miuna's mother had an affair with Uroko, and Miuna is really his daughter? I know that's reaching, but it would be an excellent plot twist! Sent with Mal Updater |

| Great episode. The atmosphere of this episode together with this beautiful OST was plainly amazing. But seeing Manaka suffering so much was pretty hard. q_q The way Uroko-sama looked at Miuna at the end and Hikaris speach in the preview... something really bad is going to happen. |

| Overall I think this was one of the better episodes in a while. Pretty cool seeing the sea people hibernating and frozen in time. Hikari having a moment with his dad even though he was still sleeping was really cool. Miuna, seeing astral projections created by the sea god, was a great moment. Best of all. Manaka is back bitches. I think manaka is going to lose her ena forever, but that is possible setup for Manaka x Tsumugu. Then again...... I don't think Tsumugu ever had feelings for Manaka. He definitely has his eyes on Chisaki. Shit is this back to chasing unrequited love all over again? LOL Unrequited Love no Asukara. Edit: yea i wasn't expecting Manaka to make an appearance so soon but that will only make the drama ever so delicious. |
