Great chapter, this guy just gets luckier (and unluckier) with each story arc. Nice that there is a bit of complexity of emotions: wants to make it work with the girlfriend, but this co-worker.... and what is up with her sudden transformation of character?

I like how this series fleshes out the characters and keeps moving forwards. Seems a lot more realistic than either typical slice of life or hentai/ecchi.

Looking forwards to more and think this deserves a color reprint or something.
