| Ok...Here's what's deeply bugging me. We're almost 100% sure that Satsuki is Takumi's and Hachi's daughter, but what about Ren? Is it really their child? I have 2 theories for this and I think number 2 is more probable, but dunno If you'll agree.. 1) Ren is Reira's and Takumi's son. He looks just slightly older than Satsuki, so my best guess is that he's not Hachi's child. If he's Reira's and Takumi's, that would explain why Satsuki calls him "brother"(since they share father) and why he's living with Takumi and not Hachi. On the other hand, if it were like that, Hachi would not be asking Takumi every summer to take him back to her, because..why would she care for Reira's son? Plus, on one of the future flashes, Reira says "the kid named like Ren" (or something among those lines)..I don't think she would refer to her son like that (unless she's lost it). So...Since that theory didn't convince me, here is number two.. 2) Ren is actually Ren and Nana's child. Maybe Nana left him with Hachi, which would explain why he's part of her family (I still can't say why he's living with Takumi though). If it were like that, there is a reason for Hachi to ask Takumi to bring him back to her. And I came to this second theory because in the future flash on one of the last chapters (can't recall which one), Hachi says "Every christmas I pray for the day when Nana and Ren can meet again" (or similar)..Since Ren Honjo already died (*cries*), she must be meaning little Ren..unless she wishes Nana's death, which is totally impossible. And if it's like that, why would she want them to meet? Anyways....What do you guys think about Ren? Enlighten me!!!!!!!! |

Hachi might want Ren back if he is Shin's son because throughout the whole manga Shin/Hachi had a very special platonic love for each other. However I doubt the theory is correct- For a start Shin sells himself for a living so I doubt he would be careless enough to get Reira pregnant and he would be even more careful about it due to his lonely upbringing. I don't really have any theories myself though :D Guess we'll just have to wait for future chapters! |

And I think the reason why Little Ren's with Takumi could be because he wants to train Little Ren to become a rock star like his father or something?? |
