| Wow that was intense. They seemed to be fighting some arabians or some middle eastern soldier. If that's case, and considering that they were using swords and shields (plus a very old type of smoke bomb), could it be perhaps they came from the past? Just a guess, the tower which we see is like a time machine device which pops up every once in a while. The tower connects to different ages, hence we see those arabians and the odd irregular underground (which seemed like someone who came from the future). These people, plus our present heroes, come inside the tower to search. It becomes like a battle royale or something. That also explains why they gather new technologies when they beat irregulars. Following that thought, it could be our MC who gave the strap to captain, the future MC that is. |
